Foliage season is over in the Dover and Wilmington area of Southern Vermont.

This photo was taken on October 5th from the hill at the White House Inn, looking west over the town of Wilmington. No one can predict when peak season will occur, but the best local estimates have it from Sept 28-Oct 6. We suggest that leafpeepers visit Manchester, Bennington or Brattleboro areas up until October 15th for peak season.
